I'd say Trump Chris Wallace won the debate. It was civil and comprehensible.  There were solid attacks against both sides and both candidates were pretty good at explaining themselves. (well i mean as good as Trump can say "MAGA" and Clinton regurgitate feel-good political mumbo-jumbo).

Clinton lost when she couldn't back up, or even apologize for, the whole "paying people to cause fights at trump's rallies" (and looked like she was going to cry).
Trump lost when he wouldn't admit to accepting the results of the elections and Clinton called him out on being a cry baby.  
The CPD lost when they became the GOP's and Demo's bitch.
C-SPAN lost when they won't take my call.
Germany lost when they claimed to invent the debate.

you know what's really funny about the "paying people to cause fights at trump rallies" thing is that trumpettes were already causing fights, the dems just saw an opportunity to start more fights and the activists weren't actually "causing fights," they were playing characters that they knew would get attacked at trump rallies - wearing BLM t-shirts and the like.
also, donald didn't mention the "undercover journalist" who found this information by name probably because he didn't know who he was, but more strategically because the RNC knows that James O'Keefe's name is poison.
